The company is not worth to work and grow with it, Bcoz there is no job security and they can terminate any time. And the Company Management is not even good as expected.

Dislikes

Everything disappointed me here no chance to take any decisions, no one hears you no support frm Management, Only supportive is my Manager. They incurred cost in irrelevant things but, But increments, no bonus, no extra overtime etc. they want the work at any cost you have to wait till 12 O clock and work but the work should be finished.
