Worst compa ever. They dont care about employees. Every year they hire new employees and fire them in next 8-10 months. No job security. No growth. Everyone is worried when they will be asked to leave the job.

There not a single thing in Shaze which can make you feel work in that organisation. People are not valued. MD Samrat Zaveri is the most idiot person on this earth. He abuses and humilates its employees.He had litereally spoiled so many employees career. They can remove people from job anytime wihout any reason. It is to be believed that such people and such organisation still exist.

Shaze is Great Ride to Hell BEWARE : ALL THOSE YOU GAVE 5Stars here and on Glassdoor, have been pushed by HR Head to do so, to save their jobs, GOTCHA HR Manager. That is why, those on the jobs, have given 5 stars. The real ratings are when they are given, after leaving the job in an unpressurised environment. The HR head , is MD baa baa black sheep, he and his team, to save their jobs, nod to every whims and fancies, in some cases some efforts of feeble nature , are done, but left as soon as it comes on their job. Just to keep their job safe, they beat their consciences and ethics day in and day out, since so many years, in risking so many families well being and survival, by hiring and firing without any ethics. For the MD- Mr. Zaveri, he is a self confessed GOD , of thy Shaze Kingdom, and his own words is I PUT FOOD ON THE PLATE OF MY EMPLOYEES, as they are at his mercy and begging and with his mercy and obligation, the employees and their family are Feed. There is nothing to dislike As the ride towards enjoyment consistent polarizing change of approach, thought, business strategies, execution variables and engagements is amazing, One day we are walking east , other day we are walking south, in many cases , with long terms negative impact to this business and the brand, resistance during meetings with logic and facts are immediately attacked with languages of unprofessional nature , insulting in telling you " It his business and he can do whatever he wants...and whenever he wants.. and doesnt want advice." Unfortunately Mr. Zaveri, inspite of so many years of Shaze business, He coming from a business family, has been therefore unsuccessful in making Shaze profitable along with his past businesses ventures, that turned DUD, due to his inability to grow as businessmen , a leader and human being.
