I feel compelled to express my deep dissatisfaction with the work environment and management practices at this organization specially in KOLKATA. The work life balance is extremely poor, and the management, specially Raj Ojha and Santosh Raj, exhibit exploitative behavior, pressuring employees to work under any circumstances. The terms and condition mentioned in the employment letter are highly unethical, and employees are subjected to harassment, especially during separation process. Moreover, the HR department fails to support employees and is only focused on finding ways to exploit them further. There is complete lack of transparency, rules and regulations, which creates a toxic atmosphere for staff.
