Account department is best department in the SMIL ( Chakan). Mr. Prasad Gadage ( Accounts Manager) is a best as a person as well as boss. I was feel secured with him & I enjoy my working.

Question Mark About HR Policies. If the period of On-role trainee is 2 years then so why do you tell that person to drop your resign after 3 or 4 years. As per letter after 2 years provision has been made to ask her to resign if he/she is not eligible or to be placed on probation to continue if he/she is eligible.
