Currently the company is not performing well so the same reflects in increments given to the employees and the bonus given to them. Please read their latest financial results before joining them. There does not seem to be a promotion policy in place. So, you will remain on the same designation and do the same work for howsoever longyou stay with them. In a few cases your senior would have zero knowledge about your work and mostly won't be able to guide you or help you in some ways. You might feel a lack of growth (personally and professionally) . Since all saturdays are working sometimes you might feel hectic or feel a lack of time to do your personal work which cannot be done on holidays (eg. Bank or other government related stuff).
