The company has made lot of employees redundant during covid19 and has not compensated as well. The management is very poor.

Management is very poor and I feel there is no future for this company. No job safety and working environment is bad.

Horrible work experience employee have to report 6 persons MD, ED,CAO, Plant Manager, Management Consultant and finally department head (Optional). All are having different mindsets and ideas. They don't discuss finally blaming the employees. Poor salaries. If candidate is their cast ie REDDY surly he will get good Salary as expected even he don't have qualification and experience. No any other benefits like Leaves, ESI, PF, Mediclaim, Public Holidays, weekly offs, safety precautions, transportation (Expect Accounts department), No gratuity and exgratia, if employee expired on duty or off duty they least bother Having very bad experience.
