I am extremely grateful to be this wonderful school community. The administration fosters an environment where every teacher is respected and trusted with the freedom to innovate in the teaching methods. What stands out most to me, however,is the school's genuine humanity. There is a deep sense of care and respect not only for the students but also for all the supporting staff. The school is truly excellent fostering a supportive environment where staff can achieve a healthy work life balance and also provides accomodation to the teachers staying on campus with proper care and with delicious food and the management is very good. I am truly satisfied working here as a pre primary homeroom teacher. And Thankyou SNIS for giving me this wonderful opportunity.

You can expect worst level of professionalism from these management. Main culprit behind the regressive policies and decision of the school is their HR manager. I was a resident teacher joined in July 2022 and was fired without any specific reasons as they got some teachers at cheaper salary. The worst part is they are not at all consideratet. I have been a part of Sharanya Narayani International School (SNIS) for the past 3 years and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional! I was initially drawn to SNIS because of its commitment to the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum, which aligns with my educational philosophy. The working atmosphere at SNIS is both inspiring and supportive. The management and colleagues are very friendly, cooperative and helpful. The opportunities for professional growth at SNIS have been remarkable. I began my journey as as Associate Teacher in the Primary Years Programme (PYP). With the continuous support and encouragement from the leadership team, I advanced to the role of Homeroom Teacher in PYP. Eventually, I was entrusted with teaching responsibilities in the Middle Years Programme (MYP). This progression has significantly contributed to my professional development, allowing me to refine my teaching skills and broaden my educational perspectives. So many things it is one of the worst school i have worked at due to their terrible work life balance, over expectations from employees on the weekends even after working till late in the night. Frequent changes in JD based on the management and HoD's whims and lack of respect and trust in younger employees especially female more trust is shown on the words of older employees by the management. I like the most is working environment. In the beginning of the pandemic I got full support from the management. But from July salary deduction has started. Related to company policy, leaving the school is a task for an employee. As an employee we have to sign contract in which its return that if any employee wants to discontinue after signing the contract, we have to pay 4 months basic salary.

My working experience is good in Sharanya Narayani International School till date. I love the most is the green campus and campus life. Management and collogues are very friendly, cooperative and helpful.
