They don't give proper training and a lot of hidden deductions which are revealed when you join. I was not given any formal training so was forced to leave for my career development.

So many things it is one of the worst school i have worked at due to their terrible work life balance, over expectations from employees on the weekends even after working till late in the night. Frequent changes in JD based on the management and HoD's whims and lack of respect and trust in younger employees especially female more trust is shown on the words of older employees by the management.
