Employees are always being controlled and pressurized by management. During this covid-19 pandemic situation college management has been forcing all the employees to meet more students physically. 100% staff is being called to college premises daily even when few employees are found covid -19 positive. If someone can't be present incollege due to lockdown in their region or maybe positive cases near their home, the payment for those days is cut from the salary. Nobody is allowed to work from home even if such condition occurs. Employees dont get salary regularly. It is paid after 6months....Read More

I work as Assistant Professor but I am forced to perform clerical work too such as keeping track of fees payment, Calling students and asking them to pay the fees.
