Company is good but Only Internal Audit Department Head is Highly Micromanaging Cooking stories which does not exist and lying all the time and creating toxic work environment. Creating Mis understandings within the team members and with Auditees also. Threatening for job on daily basis. Highly unprofessional in conduct Targetting auditee whom dislikes. 1. Management decision makings are delayed, being corporate no one is ready to take any responsibility on their own 2. Substandard contractors are hired & are expected to deliver premier finish 3. The contracts team works as per their fancies n not as per project requirements 4. HR policies differ based on individuals n not uniform to all 5.
