Toxic Work Culture No consideration for Teamwork, seniors will make their point and make you follow through. Working on Saturdays and Sundays for 2 months continuous without any CO or Leaves. Working on National Holiday as well. Monitoring micromanaging the work by Teams Screen Sharing continuously, they make you share screen for 6-8 hours straight.
