A good training under management member and good support to the senior employee

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day.Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Work Details

I have to look after production planning as per production schedule and also looking at product quality as well as quantity.keep day by day plant cleaning and it's records, looking a product's process as per BMPR & with GDP.
