You get to work with packaging teams of good brands. So gives you a lot of exposure and you gain lot of knowledge through it.

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Missing job security and unclear goal setting process. HR department is not functioning properly which leads to opacity of job expectations for the employee as well as his/her manager.
