Missing job security and unclear goal setting process. HR department is not functioning properly which leads to opacity of job expectations for the employee as well as his/her manager.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
