The management itself and its colleagues work hand and hand for the company. Love and respect of each other no matter your rank in file or on the higher rank. Individual contributions to the company has been acknowledged and recognized. If I have still change to work here in the Philippines or other Shang-rila branches it's my pleasure.

I could think any dislike with the company or maybe promotions if employees are qualified for less turnover of staff.Nevertheless Shang-rila is one of the best so far in hotel Industry.

I was hired as a service leader under Housekeeping department as Florist.I enjoyed my stay and so happy to part Shang-rila Dubai. I so proud during my time Shang-rila Dubai were consistently on the top with re Floral Design.
