Such an awesome experience I have with shalom group of schools .....Healthy and friendly environment.....We have our management our navigators who are always there for us , who guides Us on each and every step ....Best place to work .

It was a great experience working with Shaloms. It is quite a formal set up and provides opportunities for learning. The salaries and decent and the gentry ia good. I learned a lot and co faculty ia nice. It is equipped with student friendly amenities.

Dislikes

Politics in Management. Working hours. Not much growth. Teaching senior classes is much better. Workload is a bit heavy but thats ok. The biggest problem is handling parents some of whom are very fussy.

Wonderful experience, Great team who always support and motivates you. Most important, I am blessed to work under the guidance of respected mam Dr. Lilly George and Sherpa VC Sir, Dr. Dennis George. It feels immense proud and honor to work under their visionary guidance and leadership which strengthen us to do our best.

Job Security and healthy atmosphere.It makes me learn something new every day. The infrastructure here is excellent. All kinds of facilities are available here. The staff here is also very helpful.And the guidance we get from time to time from our navigator inspires us to stand firm and move forward in any difficult time.

Poorly managed good infrastructure

No vision. The work done is super mediocre. Teachers have no clue what to do. No idea about curriculum, collaboration or metacognition. The leadership team is exceptionally pathetic. Principal speaks incorrect English with a n equally pathetic pronunciation. Lift can be used only by management and Principal only god knows for what reason. Are others not humans??? . Zero HR policy. No induction or orientation. Random work thrown at people. No clarity on leave policy. They fire pregnant employee and then call them up to join when they are unable to fill in the position. Such hypocrisy. Salary slips not provided. No clarity on PF , tds and other deductions. Absolutism and nonsense politics. Everyone is in their own world. No one is even bothered about pedagogical approach, child centric learning or even getting the basics right. The kids of lower classes don't even go the library. The teacher comes and narrates. What world are they living in!!! And worst, no one wants to mend ways, change with time and understand that it's about goals and not targets! Servile approach of few makes the place insanely toxic....Read More
