Company is very good in terms of culture & work load, medium work load. You can spend quality time for analysis.

Dislikes

Company is 20 KM away from city. Near by you will not get any thing near by. Bus service is available but buses are common for all & not maintain by driver or by staff. Canteen is available, but not maintained. Rajkot city will not liked by Non Gujarat. Nothing is available except big building. Costly city.

I think management is good & spending lot for providing various training to the employee's, But this companys culture downgraded because there put too much blind trust on their HOD/ Managers, who are ripping the culture apart,especially HR Head of this company is a very egoistic guy.

Dislikes

Most of the dept are manager driven, & the manager are extremely rude. Doesn't know how to talk with anyone, they think of helper & operator are like lower class & they achieved some high class working as a manager, use of abusive language is very common in this company, which shows the culture of this company.
