The company is big and has a good share in the market spacial on AC sales And they give good salary hike Threre is a commission every quarter if you achieve the target at least 75% People are friendly spacial in sales & Markiting departments

Dislikes

The system is good but the IT people needs to improve more The recruiting system needs to improve Losing good quality people in service center caused many complaints with the customers Need to improve the Markting

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
