Faculty, work culture is great teachers are helping hands for each other.

Dislikes

Job security is always at risk, teachers are insulted in the name of job security, management is above all, teachers can be disrespected if they dont make money for school like fees calling n all.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
