There is no proper work life balance, no culture, no ethics. The company's processes aren't streamlined. They don't have the basic tech which are existing in the logistics company. Everything is manual work over here. The whole company is relied on gsheets. There are no proper shifts, the alluring thing over here is they offer managerial position which we think is great and get to join and there is nothing of that kind here. There is no learning, nothing over here. If you are in good organization and getting some less salary stay over there because you will loose your peace if you join this company. There is no job security. People are just removed from the job. If you put down your papers even if being for 3 years in the company the hr has no respect for you. You will be treated soo badly and they do not give the relieving. Their onboarding hr is good but exit hr is soo horrible. Do not join this company if you want mental health well.

Very heavy politics in upper management. All managers are only hogging credit from juniors. They are negligent and complacent. No suggestions from juniors and peers is considered. No body cares about the working situation or condition on floor, they are only concerned about individual visibility. Pathetic working conditions , working for over 12 hrs each shift.
