Company policy are good, management level are good , salary on time, few people in this company are to bad .. there behaviour very pathetic.

Salary very low , yearly salary hike very low. Reporting manager(spoke) not knowledgeable and her behaviour very pathetic all time.

I am delighted to have worked for this organisation; I have learnt a great deal here, and it is a rapidly rising company.

My first issue is concerning the Area Manager's They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. Our Zonal Manager and other Authority Figures were very supportive in every way. System was easy, operations and SOPs were simple and mobile applications were useful and the Customer's Privacy were at best.

Personally, the work timing was too tough. 7am to 11pm, from Monday to Saturday, (Sunday too if vehicle arrives). There was no time for personal life. Salary never increased during my 2 years in Shadowfax under two different Vendors. We were only 2 staffs in the Aizawl Shadowfax Hub, so we had to take care of everything including Loading/Unloading of vehicles, and we sometimes have to deliver some of the products....Read More
