The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable and has a global client base.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Also, there is no on- job training for the freshers.

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challenging as i have to look after the entire project's civil activities as well as manage the protocols decided by the company.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
