There is no Professionalism.. Owner interferes a lot..... CEO is terrible. There is no hierarchy in the system. Peoples hired like a herd... Punjabi community dominates in the system a lot.

As there is no additional workload beyond business hours, SGT University offers a great work-life balance. The Management will encourage you to work hard and are really supportive of the employees. The Admissions division is fun place to work at, as everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and approachable.

Lack of Support: The university's failure to address my complaints and protect my well-being is a serious concern. Unprofessional Behavior: The actions of my colleagues, including the spreading of fake rumors and deliberate boycotts, suggest a lack of professionalism and respect. Hostile Work Environment: The overall atmosphere seems to have been negative and unsupportive.
