I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Sgt University is one of the best private university in Delhi-NCR. University provides good opportunities to the new employee. The job is secure. There is no work pressure. Provides mess, accomodation and other facilities at nominal cost. JiTherefore, I honestly review that the university deserves a five star rating

Dislikes

Discrimination between teaching and non-teaching staff. The university gives them a lot of facilities compared to non-teaching staff.
