Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work Details

Good, working for the past 14 year's, quite interesting experience and also i learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple gats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
