The organization is one of the oldest Infrastructure, with high value skills and genuine management personnel. They have grown in accelerating intensity and sustainable manner. The management is presently in little financial crunch due to financial changes in the nation, but comparatively better than other major infrastructure organizations. Hope Good n every thing gores good.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
