Here I learn everything not only how to grow professionally but also how to grow as human being, here I got the chance to learn from my mistakes, no one here to judge you, you are free to work by your time management by your logic, no one is boss here, work environment is superb, they never ask to work on Saturdays, we don't any salary deduction policies, we have best incentive schemes. Honestly, working at Seven N Half has been such a liberating experience. The entire team is so open to new ideas or even feedbacks without judging anyone speaks a lot about the culture in itself. I don't have anything to dislike about, honestly. But maybe sometimes I wish that working alongside physically would add a different learning experience- you get to understand how your seniors or peers handle various situations which will be helpful for you. Secondly, sometimes the client pressure does affect your work-life balance but I guess that is still manageable because of our caring managers who try their best to make our lives easy....Read More

The place I currently working at is save and productive work place.the company really cares about the employees.one of the best organization I have worked with.the hours are long and include a lot of overtime which is plus. Management is great and flexible.
