Category Marketing Manager - Flights & Hotels Segment - eCommerce App (2-7 yrs)

What You'll Do:

As the Category Marketing Manager for Flights & Hotels, you will:

- Own and drive traffic for the Flights & Hotels category within the Super App, working closely with central traffic teams to ensure maximum visibility and engagement across all channels.

- Develop and optimize key traffic-driving mechanisms like Onsite Merchandising, Search, Social Media, Push Notifications, and Performance Marketing to elevate the customer experience.

- Plan, design, and execute the category's promotion strategy, including creating and managing the merchandising & CRM calendar for optimal channel-wise performance.

What We're Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in Category Marketing (preferably in Flights & Hotels or related eCommerce/travel sectors).

- A solid understanding of traffic-driving mechanisms and hands-on experience with Onsite Merchandising, Performance Marketing, Social Media, and CRM tools.

- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making with strong skills in Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, pivot tables, macros, etc.).

- A self-starter with a proven track record of building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns.
