With a well-coordinated team effort, Your new strategies, and ideas will be Implemented without any restriction. Always get you a chance to speak and share your ideas. The CEO and senior management are really helpful, I learn many things about work and life and take many important decisions. Everyone has the freedom to learn anything to improve their skill and work performance.

Dislikes

Miscommunication between two teams and chances are higher for the clashes. sometimes the work pressure is high when the deadlines are near.

I manage all social media channels, posts, and activities. Prepare a social media post calendar. Prepare a campaign to increase sales. Prepare and manage content marketing work. Work on SEO, and data analytics, and prepare marketing reports for meetings.

In Company , the work opportunities are great , and the courses provided for learning and receiving training are great. The team members are very helpful and cheerful . The CEO is awesome. there won't be any hierarchy among the workers . Weekend activities that engage the team include troubleshooting , gaming and other fun stuff .
