I’ve worked in the industry for almost 4 to 5 years and recently shifted my job to Setindiabiz. The company provides core accounting services, and is the best fit for me! I am leading a team of qualified accountants here getting to work with an elite clientele base. Even though I am quite experienced in the field, what I like about this company, is that I am still getting to learn a lot here.

Dislikes

The company has strict HR policies. Leaves, work-offs and work from home are hadly allowed. They are quite strict with their employee’s discipline.

I agree the work pressure here is tremendous and there is a lack of proper working hours flexibility. No decent overtime compensation and you sometimes are called to work during holidays and leaves as well.

I joined this company as an accountant a couple of years ago. Have had both good and bad experiences of working here. Among the pros of working in this company, I believe is the sheer depth of knowledge and skills you will gain. With each passing day, they learn and perform. You will feel the work pressure, but if you take it as a challenge, you'll experience unbelievable personal growth.

The biggest drawback working here was the lack of staff. The manpower shortage was so serve that the backlog of cases was a common thing. Their hiring process was slow and inefficient. People often had to multitask beyond their capacity to keep up.

Working at Setindiabiz has been a highly frustrating experience. The management is completely unresponsive when it comes to addressing employee concerns. Despite raising several issues, we rarely get any solutions or meaningful support. It's as if our problems don't matter to them at all.One of the most significant issues is the consistent delay in salary payments. It's incredibly demotivating to work hard and not receive your pay on time. This has become a recurring problem, and it's causing a lot of stress among the employees.Additionally, the company makes numerous fake commitments about incentives and provident funds. They promise attractive bonuses and benefits during the hiring process, but these promises are never fulfilled. The provident fund contributions are either delayed or not made at all, which is a serious breach of trust and legality.The overall work environment is toxic, with a lack of transparency and honesty from the management. As a process coordinator, I worked at their very newly opened regional office in Mumbai for a couple of months. I must say their services are very challenging to grasp and are not everybody’s cup of tea. I took weeks to learn their services and interact with their local customers. But they were patient with me all this while and trained me as efficiently as they could. There is a huge communication gap between the main office and the regional offices which can be very annoying at times and leave the clients upset due to delayed delivery of services. This is something they must improve upon if they are looking forward to handling a local team for the local clientele base.
