I joined this company as an accountant a couple of years ago. Have had both good and bad experiences of working here. Among the pros of working in this company, I believe is the sheer depth of knowledge and skills you will gain. With each passing day, they learn and perform. You will feel the work pressure, but if you take it as a challenge, you'll experience unbelievable personal growth.

Dislikes

The biggest drawback working here was the lack of staff. The manpower shortage was so serve that the backlog of cases was a common thing. Their hiring process was slow and inefficient. People often had to multitask beyond their capacity to keep up.

Frankly, these are from few failed people who could not meet the basic expectation of company such as discipline and performance. I was just a commerce graduate and today I am handling important clients and helping them do all the compliance. The culture of learning and growth is tremendous. Salary growth for the deserving candidates is just fantastic. However, no employer will continue or encourage a bad employee. The negative reviews are fake or from a failed employee....Read More

They have extremely strict reporting time if you are late there are consequences. I think they should be little liberal on morning reporting time especially for night owls like me.

Unfair treatment of employees. I am writing this feedback to express my deep disappointment with the way the company has treated me and some of my colleagues during the pandemic. As a former Relationship Manager, I have witnessed firsthand the lack of consideration and respect for the employees, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sales targets assigned for us were unattainable and illogical, given the unprecedented challenges posted by the pandemic. Despite our best efforts, most of us could not meet the targets. Rather than acknowledging the exceptional circumstances, the company terminated our employment without notice, leaving us without any means of income. As a company with presence at multiple locations, it is disheartening to see the lack of transparency and accountability in decision-making process. The absence of an HR department, coupled with the fact that the chairpersons are a married couple, has created a work culture where employees have no voice and no means of seeking justice for any unfair treatment. I urge the company to take immediate steps to address these issues and ensure that employees are treated with respect and dignity that they deserve. This includes reviewing the sales targets to make them realistic and attainable, providing proper notice and compensation to employees in case of termination, and establishing an effective HR department that can address employee grievances in a fair and transparent manner....Read More

Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to pay what was owed to me, which caused a great deal of financial hardship. As an employee, I feel let down and undervalued by this company. Currently Working here as an accountant. I was recommended here by a friend of mine. Must say, whatever I heart about this place, especially from fellow accountants is true. this is a great place to work with diversified clients across industries on a huge range of accounting products. You'll learn a lot here if you stay productive.

Overwork and overtime are very common in this company, especially for my profile taking leaves can be frowned upon if there's work pending. This discourages employees from giving their best.

I’ve worked in the industry for almost 4 to 5 years and recently shifted my job to Setindiabiz. The company provides core accounting services, and is the best fit for me! I am leading a team of qualified accountants here getting to work with an elite clientele base. Even though I am quite experienced in the field, what I like about this company, is that I am still getting to learn a lot here.

The company has strict HR policies. Leaves, work-offs and work from home are hadly allowed. They are quite strict with their employee’s discipline.

I agree the work pressure here is tremendous and there is a lack of proper working hours flexibility. No decent overtime compensation and you sometimes are called to work during holidays and leaves as well.

Working at Setindiabiz has been a highly frustrating experience. The management is completely unresponsive when it comes to addressing employee concerns. Despite raising several issues, we rarely get any solutions or meaningful support. It's as if our problems don't matter to them at all.One of the most significant issues is the consistent delay in salary payments. It's incredibly demotivating to work hard and not receive your pay on time. This has become a recurring problem, and it's causing a lot of stress among the employees.Additionally, the company makes numerous fake commitments about incentives and provident funds. They promise attractive bonuses and benefits during the hiring process, but these promises are never fulfilled. The provident fund contributions are either delayed or not made at all, which is a serious breach of trust and legality.The overall work environment is toxic, with a lack of transparency and honesty from the management. As a process coordinator, I worked at their very newly opened regional office in Mumbai for a couple of months. I must say their services are very challenging to grasp and are not everybody’s cup of tea. I took weeks to learn their services and interact with their local customers. But they were patient with me all this while and trained me as efficiently as they could. There is a huge communication gap between the main office and the regional offices which can be very annoying at times and leave the clients upset due to delayed delivery of services. Firstly, the approach of the seniors who allow you to work independently without bossing you around, but are always there to guide you whenever you need. Work Pressure is a reality here even though there are no targets provided. Sometimes you would call your clients for days and they won't revert. Finding fruitful clients is challenging, but I guess that is the truth of this industry. Also, their leave policies can be disappointing if you're someone who takes regular holidays and vacations.

The company totally unprofessional After doing all round done everything After that They're said "there has been slight change with the maximum salary offer for the accountant here." Since we are getting candidates within the range, 25K to 30K, I am not allowed to offer beyond this much... My question is why they're mentioning package something else before interviewing
