Working at Setindiabiz has been a highly frustrating experience. The management is completely unresponsive when it comes to addressing employee concerns. Despite raising several issues, we rarely get any solutions or meaningful support. It's as if our problems don't matter to them at all.One of the most significant issues is the consistent delay in salary payments. It's incredibly demotivating to work hard and not receive your pay on time. This has become a recurring problem, and it's causing a lot of stress among the employees.Additionally, the company makes numerous fake commitments about incentives and provident funds. They promise attractive bonuses and benefits during the hiring process, but these promises are never fulfilled. The provident fund contributions are either delayed or not made at all, which is a serious breach of trust and legality.The overall work environment is toxic, with a lack of transparency and honesty from the management. Employees are left feeling undervalued and cheated. I would not recommend Setindiabiz to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace....Read More

Joined this company as a fresher and spent two years working here as a Sales Executive. Let me tell you what I like about it. Firstly, the approach of the seniors who allow you to work independently without bossing you around, but are always there to guide you whenever you need. Secondly, the patience of the management with freshers. They appreciate your effort, even when you do not get results. This is a rare quality you will find in corporate culture these days. Work Pressure is a reality here even though there are no targets provided. Sometimes you would call your clients for days and they won't revert. Finding fruitful clients is challenging, but I guess that is the truth of this industry. Also, their leave policies can be disappointing if you're someone who takes regular holidays and vacations.

While meeting government due dates for ROC or GST filings, it may be necessary to extend working hours occasionally. While I don't view this as a negative, I believe that more effective planning and organization could help alleviate such situations in the future. Personal Mobiles are not allowed on workstation., You have to keep it in a locker and get it at lunch or after working hours are over. They say it is necessary for data security of the company's clients. Understandable.

What they can improve here is relieving some pressure off their employees, and offering refreshments like holidays, vacations, and outings. Honestly , sometimes the office hours feel too boring and monotonous! Even taking breakes is frowned upon when the workload is high.

Their manpower hiring is not just incredible for the higher ranks but also for the lower ranks including interns. I think they have really good staff in their man corporate office but their regional offices lack both manpower and coordination. Regional managers can sometimes be aloof of what they're up to. Really need to build better teams at regional office locations.

I agree the work pressure here is tremendous and there is a lack of proper working hours flexibility. No decent overtime compensation and you sometimes are called to work during holidays and leaves as well.

I joined this company as an accountant a couple of years ago. Have had both good and bad experiences of working here. Among the pros of working in this company, I believe is the sheer depth of knowledge and skills you will gain. With each passing day, they learn and perform. You will feel the work pressure, but if you take it as a challenge, you'll experience unbelievable personal growth.

The biggest drawback working here was the lack of staff. The manpower shortage was so serve that the backlog of cases was a common thing. Their hiring process was slow and inefficient. People often had to multitask beyond their capacity to keep up.

As a process coordinator, I worked at their very newly opened regional office in Mumbai for a couple of months. I must say their services are very challenging to grasp and are not everybody’s cup of tea. I took weeks to learn their services and interact with their local customers. But they were patient with me all this while and trained me as efficiently as they could. There is a huge communication gap between the main office and the regional offices which can be very annoying at times and leave the clients upset due to delayed delivery of services. This is something they must improve upon if they are looking forward to handling a local team for the local clientele base.

The company totally unprofessional After doing all round done everything After that They're said "there has been slight change with the maximum salary offer for the accountant here." Since we are getting candidates within the range, 25K to 30K, I am not allowed to offer beyond this much... My question is why they're mentioning package something else before interviewing
