The amount of responsibilities given are immense. If you can fulfil them to your best, your career growth curve is steep and so is the learning curve with each passing project. The teams are super enthusiastic and quickly grasp requirements.

Skill development - Good

Dislikes

Work life balance sometimes goes for a toss as almost each project is important and urgent. Managing timelines gets difficult personally and for the related teams. But this is expected at a Startup, we are all learning through experience.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
