Earlier company was one of the best place to work, however new HR destroyed everything. 1. Now they provide very poor increments and there is no clear cut job promotion policy. 2. There is no work life balance because of 6 days working. 3. Benefits , food is best. You are mostly selected for a new project so learning is there and that's reason work overload also.

Dislikes

HR should give employee a little ease of wearing at least t shirt and casual or semiformal shoes as manufacturing ppl have to undress and dress up several times it is hectic . Phones are not allowed. Production ppl don't have pantry.

Taking so much time for interview process and even rejected many candidates after their medical checkup. Even not informed candidates (Freshers) for 3.4-4 months that they are rejected. After 4 months saying you are on hold. Just need to think about career of candidates.
