Been working with this company for close to 2 years now an I must say it's been a very positive experience up till here. The Pune office is just about 4.5 years young but the parent company has been in FinTech industry for 25+ years and the Center of Excellence in Pune has been the base for the cloud-transformation this company has taken up. Because of which, the growth of team sizes, the sheer amount of challenges and learning that come through, continuous changes and alignments, problem solving - you'll have it all here given the short hierarchical nature and the close collaboration with top management as well. Our German counterparts travel very frequently to collaborate and enable the teams here to build the best products. There's a lot of investment in upskilling the colleagues based on needs.
