Been working with this company for close to 2 years now an I must say it's been a very positive experience up till here. The Pune office is just about 4.5 years young but the parent company has been in FinTech industry for 25+ years and the Center of Excellence in Pune has been the base for the cloud-transformation this company has taken up. Because of which, the growth of team sizes, the sheer amount of challenges and learning that come through, continuous changes and alignments, problem solving - you'll have it all here given the short hierarchical nature and the close collaboration with top management as well.
