They work on proper science and logics that are very informative and knowledgeable.

Dislikes

No support from seniors, no support from head office, work life balance is worst, bad behaviour from all managers whoever I've seen in the company. Very impractical and non understanding managers. Overall not a good place to work.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
