You can learn how a task is completed with quality and within strict timelines. A Time bound organization where each taks is being followed up. HR policies are very good. An organisation where the leaders are relatively more younger.

Need to improve the Work Life balance and Collaborative working is just talked, not reflected in the execution untill unless Senior management has a close yeye on particular project/task.

Managers and above are enjoying without taking responsibility. Good for Female candidates. Parties Good for lickers

Each responsibility is burdened on the head of doer and Superiors are not taking responsibility. Salary deduction. Job insecurity. Most Managers are technically incompetent to deliver projects. Lack of resources. Lack of proper management. Showing off their good culture by creating events and showing pics on social media.
