Managers are more into micro managing things than into finding way forward to drive the project. People are in a race to score marks in front of management rather than recognising people who actually contributed in the particular project. A project can't be delivered by a single dept. Collaborative working is the key to success. At the end only a single dept is appreciated for the particular project others are neglected. The company is full of people who misguide just to keep the things in their control. Management fails to tap the actual skills of an employee. They dont want to go as per the current practices of the industry. Trainings and seminars are organised a lot but the people who attend are least benefited from it because immense work is loaded on the employees so they have to miss such trainings to complete work on time.
