Pathetic Company and Management blindly trusts managers only and didn't even care about the employees. Less than 700 rs increment for a full time B.Tech Engineer with overall 6 years of experience, even less than of an operator. They didn't even give reason for the world's lowest increments so that he can improve in the area where the one lacks.
