Culture, politics, decisions involving personal interests rather than organisational growth, ignorant leadership, useless HR, incompetent support team, non technical project managers, non-coding background directors, no transparency, no structure, policies change based on involvement of managerial people in case they violate or else, it will be created when sense a threat from few employees, no mentoring from seniors, pressurized environment for only developers, no hiring capabilities or strategies, work from office as and when directors come to office because he wants that but will allow certain people to work from home whom they themselves hired, last but not the least, referral based selections and favoritism based promotions....Read More
