Management is good, job security is there, certain policies are there to keep the work life easy. There are a lot of things done in a simple way when it comes to create or bring new poeple or leaders onboard, or be it bonus or be it anything else that an employee would want to. One more thing I like about the place is the adaptability to changes that happen based on the current need and requirements. Open culture to encourage productive thoughts. Great technical team and mentors. Healthcare policies etc. The company takes care of many things based on the need of the employee. Dislikes

There are still some outliers which can never be avoided in any workplace. For example, a growing company employees received salaries a little late sometimes. The late ratio till now has been like twice in a year. That is bearable considering that some problems happen in overseas payment. Office is not in prime location so it diminishes the presence of the company to good candidates.
