Good working environment and culture. Teammates are good and supportive and the management is transparent. There is large canteen facility. work environment, mental pressure, no thoughts to develop the leaders, no vision. Immature management along with biased nature. Compensation is descent but growth is very slow, yearly appraisal os max 9% only. Work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individual’s unique strengths. Only internal training no good training schedule. Working hours are very bad, 10hr working and after That late sitting. No social life. Iteration rate is very high. Poor HR policies. It’s a very challenging in nature. I have to look after the whole new product development. As the iteration rate is very high so it became very tough to work here. I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own.
