The food pantry in Senco is very dirty in Lajpat Nagar. According to me, the company should provide training every month so that their knowledge increases. Online classes do not understand anything which happens in live classes. When the knowledge of the employees increases then the sales will also be good.

The career growth option is the most positive part of Senco. Also the behaviour and support From seniors are very good specialy during crisis. Md is also available to talk without any hesitation if needed.

Incentive payout time is very poor. Inter departmental support is and coordination is not good. No family connect is being happened where employees family can participate.

As a counter sales executive I feel that all the member of senco gold private limited are good and their behaviour as well as the environment of the company is also very good.

Dislikes

As a counter sales executive, I feel that there are some things that need to be improved based on customer reviews. And there are no seating facilities for sales executives here. So it's difficult to stand all day long.

I feel that the current work culture is somewhat different . For instance, many people avoid doing tasks themselves and pass them on to others. they focus on shifting responsibility and finding ways to trap others instead of taking accountabolity. this is my personal opinion.

It is a reliable company, company's manager, HR, all seniors and especially honorable MD sir are very helpful. They have always extended a helping hand when needed. They never let me feel that I'm in a private workplace, I always felt like that it's just my another home. If I am not involve in any business in the future, I would like to stay with this company as long as I am able to work.

I have already passed two assessments with this company, and I am very interested to know how I can reach the next level (E3/More) and how fast I can reach it as my work knowledge increases, but unfortunately my senior colleagues could not inform me properly, Although I couldn't directly tell my manager about it, mainly because of his busy work schedule and a bit of self-consciousness.
