Overall, work life balance is not good, salary n benifits not satisfied, appraisal not up to the mark, job security not satisfied, there are no work satisfaction, the store culture has been worst, the allocated leave i didn't get when I need even we didn't get any sick leave when I really need it

The career growth option is the most positive part of Senco. Also the behaviour and support From seniors are very good specialy during crisis. Md is also available to talk without any hesitation if needed.

Dislikes

Incentive payout time is very poor. Inter departmental support is and coordination is not good. No family connect is being happened where employees family can participate.

Company policy for employee is very good especially vistle blow policy and POSH which secure female staff for providing safe and secure work environment.

1. Incentive policy should be more lucrative to encourage sales person for more selling. Also incentive should be paid just in the next month before the month end so that employee would feel more motivated. 2. In each and every team meeting ZM tell me to resign from my job due to which he insult me in every meeting so that he could give this post to his loved one. since i am non ordiya and have difficulty in understanding odiya he never uses hindi in teem meeting. 3. Non supportive attitude of ZM and doing politics in the work which i really didn't liked it. 4. In my store morning meeting he de-motivate the whole team which adversely affect the manpower productivity. due to which i have to motivate them again to work efficiently and give their 100 percent productivity....Read More

As a counter sales executive I feel that all the member of senco gold private limited are good and their behaviour as well as the environment of the company is also very good.

Dislikes

As a counter sales executive, I feel that there are some things that need to be improved based on customer reviews. And there are no seating facilities for sales executives here. So it's difficult to stand all day long.

I dislike about working at Senco Gold is Incentive policy and timings. Most of the time we people don't get which month insensitive we are getting. It takes long time to get credited. For some time we are going to forget about incentive. I would like to inform that I was selected for Dubai but unfortunately I didn't have passport. So could not go there. However when I got passport but I didn't get any chance for same. Actually I wanted to be shining internationally with our respected organisation and growing up worldwide with it. Even our respected CHRO Ms. Subhashree Sengupta told Mr. Subhajit Ghosal that " do not ask any question about this guy, just send him." after having interview.
