When I joined Senco gold together with my batchmates but I received lower salary compared to my friends and also they are in E2 code and I'm in TR and I think there are some partiality in here.

Now a days Zonal Manager doing partiality and politics. For that reason customer was feeling awkward. And all are very good customer of senco gold. This is wrong for any work place. Mainly religion does not matter to justify he/ she capable or not.

Some things I like about working at Senco Gold is that Senco Gold pays all employees their salaries time to time. Senco Gold provides fair value to all employees based on their performance.

One culture of Senco Gold that I don't like at all, is first of all Senco Gold is a West Bengal based company, and being a Bengali my culture is to do Shakha Pola and Sindoor after marriage as per social norms. But Senco Gold prevents me from practicing my culture. I am really sorry for such behavior of Senco Gold.

The career growth option is the most positive part of Senco. Also the behaviour and support From seniors are very good specialy during crisis. Md is also available to talk without any hesitation if needed.

Incentive payout time is very poor. Inter departmental support is and coordination is not good. No family connect is being happened where employees family can participate.

As a counter sales executive I feel that all the member of senco gold private limited are good and their behaviour as well as the environment of the company is also very good.

Dislikes

As a counter sales executive, I feel that there are some things that need to be improved based on customer reviews. And there are no seating facilities for sales executives here. So it's difficult to stand all day long.
