Well bangali brand favour only bangoli employees. They target 1 employee so badly and forced them to leave the job. Higher management they save their jobs while they want to harras the managers or employees. Even few them are flirt with their employees.

our mobile are submitted in work hour approx 9 to 10 hour other brand like Tanishq or Kalyan they was not submitted there employee phones I live far away to my home, in office time what happened in our home or family we didn't get know store phones are also in very limited amount due to this mostly of time our important call was missed.

Don't get very gd incentive for individual performance & also don't get it proper time... paper work is too much here,don't give us tea coffe amount for the staff,don't give us any cakes or special things for staff bday, uniform quality is too worst, customer also say that..

Company policy for employee is very good especially vistle blow policy and POSH which secure female staff for providing safe and secure work environment.

1. Incentive policy should be more lucrative to encourage sales person for more selling. Also incentive should be paid just in the next month before the month end so that employee would feel more motivated. 2. In each and every team meeting ZM tell me to resign from my job due to which he insult me in every meeting so that he could give this post to his loved one. since i am non ordiya and have difficulty in understanding odiya he never uses hindi in teem meeting. 3. Non supportive attitude of ZM and doing politics in the work which i really didn't liked it. 4. In my store morning meeting he de-motivate the whole team which adversely affect the manpower productivity. due to which i have to motivate them again to work efficiently and give their 100 percent productivity....Read More

It is a reliable company, company's manager, HR, all seniors and especially honorable MD sir are very helpful. They have always extended a helping hand when needed. They never let me feel that I'm in a private workplace, I always felt like that it's just my another home. If I am not involve in any business in the future, I would like to stay with this company as long as I am able to work.
