Company policies are average, work culture is not so good, job security is average, management is base upon directors decisions. Company did not cut any amount of salary during lockdown period of covid 19 pandemic.

Dislikes

Slow career growth and salary growth, staffs is quite disappointed with management. There is no work and life balance. No offday has been issued in a week. There is no safety issues maintained in site job.

Work life is average. There are many things to learn. Work is quite hard. Engineers can grow in career when they leave this company with lots of practical experiences.p
