I am working in semco infratech pvt Ltd from September 2023. I feel that a great place to grow career in battery manufacturing industry. All the team members are supportive. And our director Sir is also very helpful for all the staff members

Semco is a great company, and i am happy to be part of the team. One area I see for improvement is that sometimes frequent follow ups can feel micromanaged in the workflow.

Management has no vision and the employees are unskilled. Especially the HR Department is so unprofessional that they cant even give you, your salary on time. Beware from going to interview, As HR Head would have not select you in the interview if you are more pretty and smarter than her.
