Working culture is too low.. they follow safety aspects as its peak ..but for skill development or knowledge gain courses does not provided company culture is Ok but ... managment culture is too bad. As per reporting manager you dont have to raise voice in any of the comment.

It is easy going company in solar as the portfolio is not too big right now. However company has good targets in solar field and seems to have a good future. Also, there is no attendance punching system. Lunch is offered free of cost by company
